And what you might’ve overlooked previously that can be absolutely perfect for your current projects. Can I use Treacyfaces fonts for all my commercial and personal projects? Any restrictions? Anyone who has legally licensed Treacyfaces fonts is welcome to utilize the fonts in all your design projects, including logos, page layouts, web sites, billboards, video titling, and more. The only real restrictions are that you’re not allowed to resell or give away Treacyfaces fonts without advance written permission from Treacyfaces, Inc. And authentic Treacyfaces fonts are fully unlocked: There are no permissions restrictions regarding viewing, editing or publishing. Likewise, you don’t need to host our Treacyfaces Web Fonts on a third-party server and risk FOUT. Simply install them along with your other site files. We smply ask that you license an additional set of Treacyfaces fonts with each new client’s Web site you’re hosting. For eBooks and digital book publishing on e-Readers: There are no page views restrictions. We want to make liking and using Treacyfaces fonts as easy as possible. Please let us know what we can do to help you. When did you start making OpenType® and Web Fonts formats available? We’ve actually been offering OpenType CFF format fonts worldwide since 2003. OpenType CFF is a variety of OpenType that wraps around a PostScript® font description of the letterforms, spacing and alignment metrics. So, we believe it’s the best OpenType version for a graphic arts workflow. We started selling Web Fonts on a test basis in 2010, and rolled out our complete collection in popular Web Fonts formats to cover all the various Web browsers’ requirements in 2013. We hope you’ll enjoy using them. And please let us know how we’re doing. What happened to your old font formats, like PostScript® Type 1 and TrueType®? They’re actually still available on special order, for those using computers whose OSs can utilize them, and when legacy usages need to be extended without upgrading to a newer format. If you require them, please ask. In the interest of simplicity and that we focus on a True Graphic Arts Quality workflow, we decided to simply stop listing them. Can I mix and match specific weights or varieties in one order? Absolutely. The shopping cart should allow you to easily select and add or remove selections in any order you choose. What if I only need one weight or variety, not a whole family? No problem! On each font family page, you’ll see opportunities clearly spelled out to purchase individual weights or varieties. Or pre-grouped suggested sets. Or complete families. And, if you work on both print and Web design, you can purchase fonts for both print and Web, for print only, or for Web only. And then come back later and add what you need as your clients’ businesses’ marketing and design needs grow. Are complete alphabets included? At the bottom of each Treacyfaces font family page are A-Z showings of all characters (glyphs) in each font. Some fonts are also available in different encodings, covering Eastern European, Baltic and Cyrillic keyboards. Please inquire if your needs go beyond the A-Z specimens shown. Just how fast is downloading after I complete my order? Our secure provider emails a link immediately. All you need to do is follow that link and you’ll receive your download within moments. After decompressing the Zip-compressed archive it arrives in, you’ll be ready to install and start using the fonts! This pricing looks very fair. A perfect deal. We hope so. We provide so much more quality and perfection than others, but we want to provide Treacyfaces at popular prices. Taxes If you’re a customer outside the USA, you’re responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction or country. In the United States, we currently collect and pay taxes to the State of Connecticut where we are headquartered. As US tax laws change regarding online sales, we will be collecting and paying sales taxes where applicable.

Registering Purchases There are all kinds of reasons to register your license purchase with Treacyfaces promptly after your order arrives. And it’s easy! A Registration document is included with the compressed deliverables you’ll receive. Purchase Orders and Account Setup In order to accommodate customers who “need it now”, we encourage payment by credit card or PayPal. For large accounts: Establish a relationship with Treacyfaces via a successful electronic payment transaction, first. Then upon your request, we’ll need to send you an Account Setup form to be filled in and emailed back to Treacyfaces for review. After approval, we will then be able to accept Purchase Orders for large and recognized customers. Misrepresentation by unauthorized resellers Unscrupulous, unauthorized resellers offering Treacyfaces fonts in various ways exist. Note that Treacyfaces fonts are only offered legally by authorized resellers or distributors with the advance, express written consent of Treacyfaces, Inc. Any other representation constitutes fraud.
